LOTT (Leaders of Today and Tomorrow) strives to advance women’s leadership by developing, educating, connecting, and inspiring emerging leaders. LOTT’s Fellows Program brings together women from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a collaborative learning environment, pairing them with mentors that guide them through this journey.

The Bush Foundation was established in 1953 by 3M executive Archibald Bush and his wife, Edyth. Inspired by the Bushes’ desire to build their community and encourage innovation, the Foundation has invested nearly one billion dollars in grants to thousands of organizations and individuals. The Foundation also hosts bushCONNECT (bushCON), a semi-annual event designed to build stronger and more meaningful connections among networks of leaders in the region. bushCON is co-created in partnership with organizations across the region who help recruit a diverse mix of people and develop interactive and engaging content that inspires, equips and connects leaders for success.

YNPN – Twin Cities (YNPN-TC) is a collective of young professionals in the Twin Cities’ nonprofit sector. The organization provides and promotes opportunities for the development of young nonprofit professionals, so that they can connect through purpose, challenge to change, and lead together.

We build solidarity and self-define what it means to be a young woman of color through curating and sharing images related to career, health, self care, fashion, and beauty. The F.R. Bigelow Foundation’s Linking Leaders Initiative seeks to bridge the gaps between leaders of color and leadership opportunities across sectors within the East Metro of Saint Paul. The initiative identifies best practice strategies and best practices to create connections and strengthen relationships amongst leaders of color, leadership networks, and leadership programs.
