Affirming Authenticity: Identity-Driven Leadership [at Work]
Thursday, April 24, 2014
5:30pm – 7:30pm
Rondo Community Outreach Library
Has there ever been a time when you’ve felt “different” in your workplace because you did not fit the mold of the dominant culture? Do you ever feel the need to work twice as hard as others to demonstrate that you have the skills and intellect to advance in the workplace? Many women of diversity find that their professional aspirations and environment are in conflict with their personal values and practices.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Save the date for the final event in the three-part “Affirming Authenticity: Identity-Driven Leadership” Conversation Series:
- Affirming Authenticity: Identity-Driven Leadership [for Yourself] on May 13, 2014 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at Rondo Community Outreach Library
